  • Why Should I Choose Your Company?
    We don’t only work to remove the negative, inaccurate information from your credit report. We also give you the information you need to increase your credit score.   • How long will this take?
    Because credit repair depends on a variety of factors, the time will vary. On average, clients are satisfied with the results within 30-60 days. Lasting credit repair is a process and not an overnight “Quick-Fix.”You can expect to see some action of results in at least 30 days, with it taking up to 90 days in some cases.
  • How Much Will I Have To Pay?
    You will need to pay a credit analysis fee of $149 in the beginning (unless you are being contracted to a tailored repair which prices may differ). During this process, we will give you a detailed report that explains what is lowering your credit score and what can be done to increase the score. If you decide you like the direction outlined, the fee is $99 per month. You are not obligated to sign up and you can cancel your service at any time. You are not charged a fee until work is performed. Also we asked that you keep your credit monitoring services active until the completion of the program, which is a monthly fee of $19.99.
  • What Will I Get When I Sign Up For the Program?
    Once you complete the sign-up process, we will begin working on your credit report to remove any inaccurate information. The program also provides you with the information you need to keep working on raising your credit score.
  • How Long Will I Need To Stay In The Program?
    Most people find a period of at least three months is necessary while some stay for up to six months to effectively increase their score. In some cases this may take longer.
  • How can I prepare for my free consultation?

    Yes, it allows you and us to see what all three of the major bureaus have reported in a single report.
  • Can I do this myself?
    Absolutely! You are your best advocate and know your situation more than anyone else. There are many useful books, websites and videos on the subject. If you want to DIY, we recommend educating yourself first. The goal of credit repair is to remove questionable negative information from credit reports. This is not an exact science and there are cases in which we may be unsuccessful. Although we cannot guarantee by law a certain outcome, we know that by utilizing the Federal Law, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, we can assist you in getting items deleted/corrected with an overall positive outcome.
  • Do You Dispute With Collection Agencies and Creditors?
    Yes, when necessary we will dispute inaccurate information with collectors and creditors.
  • Is My Personal Information Secure?
    Client Data Protection is required by law. We use the same security encryption (256-bit SSL) as banks. SSL is a Secure Socket Layer, but what it really means is that the data sent between The 700 Credit Club, LLC and your computer is safely encrypted from prying eyes. It's the same technology that banks use to keep your credit card information safe. We never share your personal information with anyone-- for any reason-- without your prior written permission.
  • Will Your Services Help Me Get a Home Loan?
    By increasing your credit score with the removal of inaccurate information, you will have a better chance of being approved for a home loan.

  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    The 700 Credit Club LLC, has a detailed and simplified cancellation policy. You can cancel your contract at any point since we do not offer an annual credit restoration program. By federal law, you must know that YOU CAN DO THE CREDIT RESTORATION PROCESS YOURSELF. YOU ALSO HAVE 3 DAYS TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, which can be done in writing and mailed by writing to; The 700 Credit Club LLC, 2050 Collier Ave Suite 107, Fort Myers FL 33901. This will discontinue the consulting and analysis process and have all documents destroyed. Or you have the option to send us a return receipt email via the internet requesting the credit repair and restoration cancellation within the 3 day allowed period. You can read and review The Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Credit Repair Organizations Act at www.ftc.gov or by writing the FTC. The 700 Credit Club LLC'S credit repair program Services are provided on a month-to- month basis and clients may cancel their service at any time at least (3) three days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment, unless you have a special tailored or Pay In Full Contract. When cancelled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears. Cancelling can be for any reason NOT in result or unrelated.
  • What Is Your 100% Guarantee?
    For our monthly payment plans and services you can claim a refund after a 120 day period of credit restoration services. In the credit repair industry, no company can predict a certain outcome when working on a client’s report. Because of this, we will do our best to assist you with removing inaccurate, incorrect, inadequate and unverifiable information from your credit report. Some, and not all negative items may be deleted from one or all of your credit reports, therefore we cannot over compensate for non deletions as they may not be fulfilled. However, you can claim a refund if: You are entitled to a 100% refund on all monthly payments if: - We do not remove ANY negative performed worked on items. You have had 120 days (4 consecutive months) from the time that you retained our services. You have not used a credit-consulting agency nor attempted to repair your own credit at least 1 year prior to signing up for our services. You have had no new collections or missed payments during the time frame we are assisting you. You have maintained credit monitoring services at all times during the time frame we are assisting you, with no suspensions or interruption of services.
